its been a minute, but I just got back from Durham, NC. I know i couldve blogged on my phone, but I was TOOOOO tired, so you'll get over it. :-)
Well, my trip was great. Damita did an AMAZING job! she has an AWESOME ministry...yall go cop that cd!
So, let me tell you what happened while I was at the airport.
I always go to the Kiosk to print my ticket cuz its MUCH faster. So i'm at the kiosk and i enter my skymiles #. No reservation. hmmmmm. I try a second, third, and fourth time. Same response.
So I head to the ticket counter where of course a TSA/Customer Service Rep asks me "did you get your BOARDING PASS (caps mean attitude!) yet?" I said, "no". "well you need to go to the kiosk and get 1", she says.
So i then respond, "I just came from the KIOSK MA'AM". then she replies "WELL, WHY DIDNT U SAY THAT?" "BECUZ YOU DIDNT GIVE ME A CHANCE. U STARTED HARRASSING ME FROM JUMP STREET, THATS Y, MA'AM".
so she rolls her eyes and walks away. I get to the ticket counter and give the lady my passport. She looks into my account and says "who has luggage to check?" (oh, i was with 3 other members of my party) and i said "me" (mind you, i'm the only who has given her ID, so as of now, I'm all she should be worried about, right? right.) so she says "well, WHO'S ME" then i say "ME" (i know, funny, ,lol). She looks up at me, cuts her eyes, then proceeds with the rest of the process.
Well, the point of this story is to ask why the HELL is TSA/CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS so dayum nasty????!?!?!?!!? I mean, you would think they hate their jobs the way they treat people. Everytime i go to the airport, SOMEBODY is nasty, rude or just plain ole disrespectful (and i fly a WHOOOOLE LOT, so thats alot of attitude!).
i call TSA- Tired Staff with Attitudes. they work MY FIRST AND LAST NERVES!!!!
Needless to say, my flight account now says: CONFRONTATIONAL in big RED LETTERS...
